My name is Lydiana Medellin and I am a Jersey raised, NYC based actor with an incessant drive to create and perform with the talent to back it up.
My career began in New York City at the William Esper Studio, where I studied the Meisner technique under the tutelage of highly regarded professionals in acting. As a trained actor, I am adept at portraying a wide range of emotions and characters, and authentically bringing them to life. These roles have varied from the unhinged, tortured, broken-down woman to the capable, resilient, hard-ass heroine all the way to the fun, charming, witty sweetheart. And that’s only the tip of the iceberg.
I am deeply passionate about my craft. I revel in taking on daring, gritty roles that challenge my abilities in new ways. And. I. Always. Bring. It. But, as much as I enjoy serving up the drama, I also love comedy. I’m a natural improver, delivering belly laughs and ruthless humor all around.
